Male Dominance - Partial Reality ?

I dedicate this blog to my dear friend Anup for suggesting me this totally out of the box & wonderful topic to write on !!

The universal debate / fight of who is more superior , men or women? Will go on forever but the one topic which mostly remains less discussed frequently is Male dominance. This blog will shed light on the same & its related aspects.

Introduction
Dominance is basically non alternative solution to a problem, or something / someone which is irreplaceable.
Male dominance comes from a lifestyle pattern, work culture, social culture & even household controls solely in the hands of men.
An area where women either have no role to play at all or are considered of very subordinate nature. Their opinions, ideas & thoughts are crushed just like cigarette buds under the feet.
This is harmful for the entire human race & if continues will surely show ramifications.

The Adam Standpoint
Mostly men tend to be dominating as science has made them that way. Its an innate quality in the male gender that makes them take the first step before women. The problem arises when this quality wears a mask of hyped ego, loses its gentlemanly nature & becomes vicious just for the sake of feeling powerful by crushing everything that comes in the path. 

Lets take a look at few points for male dominance

• I personally think men should have a dominating quality, but it should not take a violent or vicious form.

• A dominance that tries to crush everything & everyone around a man will end up sinking him too.

• Dominate by wisdom not by nuisance value & ruthless ego.

• Be humble, generous ,kind , warm you will dominate like never before. ( not to be used as key to access domination, be genuine)

• Let your talents, skills, knowledge & wisdom dominate thats real dominance for me.

Many times dominance is part of culture & impossible to rule out ,this annoys me the most because not only it arrests the growth of individual & women around them but also collapses the entire society.

Best example is our own households where first thing taught to daughters is never talk back to fathers, brothers , uncles etc just because they are men even if they are wrong.
Why ? Aren't they human beings ? Don't they make mistakes ? When you have best interest for your loved ones you must speak irrespective of your gender. Just because being women all the household chores are supposed to be done by them. Why ? Can't men learn how to cook , wash clothes, do dishes etc. ? Isn't the house their responsibility too ?
These are small things but if we speak out we are labelled as " rebels" . Such dominance is useless it only ruins the society & arrests the progress.

The Madam Standpoint
From a female perspective I have been immensely fortunate to never face male dominance in any form , my parents brought me up just as a human being not as a "girl" I am & was always told to have a mind of my own & also to speak it out no matter whom I am talking to.
But I also know that there are so so many women who don't get this atmosphere in their houses, work cultures, personal relationships etc & this is a shame for entire human race. There is no need to differentiate between men & women we are all just human beings.

Final word...
Being a man or woman has nothing to do with dominance because in the end all that wins the game is your talent, knowledge, skills, wisdom, intelligence & above all humanity !
We all know examples of most powerful women & many men whom if we talk about its disgusting. Sadly inspite of this somewhere demon of male dominance continues to prowl & prey many innocents I won't say who because to me they are all human beings & don't deserve it at all.
We are slowly changing now towards more gender equal society but still somewhere does male dominance peek in as partial reality ?

I am hopeful, optimistic that one day there won't be a category of Men & Women there would just be Human beings . I am sure we all can change it
Just treat the other person like a human being melt the thought of I am talking to a man / woman. I have been brought up to practice it , You can do it if you decide !!

NOTE - This blog is a personal opinion & does not wish to hurt anybody's sentiments, faiths & beliefs. Neither its an attempt towards being feministic.
I always believe all we need is a BALANCE rather than DOMINANCE.
