The world around us is constantly changing, beyond our control & imagination. These changes , shifts, routines etc have a profound impact on our minds, bodies & souls this also results into impact on our personal, professional & social relationships.
It is very easy to succumb to daily life turmoils & drown ourselves into deep darkness of anxiety, nervousness, self pity & much more in this blog I will try to shed light on the remedy which can help you all to prevent & cure the minor cuts & bruises on your tender soul, the remedy is Self Compassion.
Introduction
Self Compassion is care, love, affection & attention given by us to ourselves which initiates healing at levels of mind, body & soul. It is a step by step process involving daily simple practices , habits & regimes which slowly but surely help us to become aware not only of our own pain but the suffering of others.
Significance
The significance of self compassion shows in both personal & social aspects. It holds great strength to teach us about general humanity. Self compassion asks us to love ourselves in our down times, not to be cynical on your own failures to a point where it activates self destruction & depression

All these things can be different to different people, because definition of positivity & happiness changes according to every individual , even then there are some general routines which can be followed to practice self compassion.

• If you are a fan of yoga & meditation you are already practicing a small step in self compassion. It calms your mind, keeps body healthy & heals the soul.
• Indulge into new hobbies, continue pursuing the ones you have, make sure in your free time you are always doing something creative, constructive & keep your mind busy.
• Follow your passion apart from profession, & always build passion for multiple things in life so you can switch from one to other & enjoy all.
• Pamper yourself routinely, it can be by diving into a hearty meal, shopping, beauty care, keeping fit, doing those activities which you enjoy from within.
• If you are not a yoga person but wish to keep yourself fit practice whatever exercise suits you , & it always need not be gym, it can be dance & sports too.
• If you are a people person & socialising keeps you pumped up, arrange reunions, kitty parties, mini vacations, garden parties etc meet with your friends & spend time to be happy.
Effects
The effects of self compassion are only & only good , there are no bad effects at all, because what bad can come from love ? Self Compassion makes you a better person, it helps you to enhance your relations, bond with your family & beloved people.
It helps you to also understand the society in much better perspective. You can now capably bring the change as you know what should be done to solve the problems.

These are just a few to name , once you start practicing self compassion there are just so many more effects to see coming your way which spread the vibes of humanity & empathy , & to realise you are a part of spreading these vibes is the most satisfying feeling to have.
