My mind, My rules

 This blog origins from a place deep within, a dark place where most of the secrets are locked never to be opened. However this creates alot of congestion & inability to process emotions efficiently. 

Today my blog speaks about mind games, encountered in everyday life & in every aspect of life, these are inevitable so is dealing with them, & its the latter which is the most crucial

Self Love.

One of the most negative effects of mind games can be seen on self love, it reduces your ability to feel good about yourself, it tries to destroy the very joy which fuels you to be productive, therefore one has to pay keen attention on keeping these effects from taking over you. 

The best ways to practice self love are :- 

- Pampering yourself - be it food, shopping or an indulgent care routine. 

- Pursuits - your hobbies, creative pursuits may help immensely to bring back the lost joy. 

- People - Having someone or a group of people with whom you can have unconditional conversations. 

- Prioritising - One has to decide firmly how much importance should be given to such baseless situations & instead look after oneself. 

Peace of mind

Scenarios like nasty politics, ugly gossips ruin peace of mind, albeit here one only has partial control which sometimes can be very painful to accept as reality but to exercise full authority on what you have can help you sail through. 

We can't be eternally happy nor peaceful some disruption will exist perpetually what we need to do is find a way out of it by keeping our goals clear. 

Few ways to keep as consistent peace of mind are :- 

- Find out what is the one thing that works for you all the time & practice it.

- Learn to be happy with your own contribution, world will never stop judging at some point a line must be drawn. 

- Preserve what is special to you - never let such issues affect whatever, whoever who cherish the most. 

- Vent it out - in what way is your choice as long as it is productive things are in good place. 

Core Network

The most vulnerable people to face raw end of mind games is your core network, your family, friends & all those whom you love are at massive risk to bear the cons of such crises. 

Although they are our strongest support systems we should be theirs too, one must never forget that they face as much as we do or perhaps even more. 

An effective way to handle such complexities is :- 

- Exchange your problems & work on solutions for each other to the best of your ability.

- Empathise & Sympathise - think on a wider scale & you will find you are in much better place than others

- Allow the medicine of time to work its healing effect, sooner rather than later you might laugh about a problem or totally forget it. 

- Never let go of the people who are special to you, never distance them nor leave them wondering whats wrong, they should not be the cost neither there should be a cost at which such loss is expected.

Final word

As I said the blog comes from a very deep dark place, its my way out mind games. A smile on the face sometimes hides an underlying problem. 

I fear it would steal my smile, so in order to prevent it sharing my thoughts helps me to smile again & relate with all of you who read this.
